Whatcha Gonna Do If You Need to Return or Exchange?
We want you to be completely stoked about your autographed memorabilia, apparel, or souvenirs. If something isn’t right, follow these steps to get things fixed faster than Hulk can say, “Whatcha gonna do!”
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Don’t wait too long, brother—time flies when you’re living the Hulkamania lifestyle!
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the unique nature of our products, autographed items (including AUTOGRAPHED APPAREL, AUTOGRAPHED MEDIA, AUTOGRAPHED PHOTOS, AUTOGRAPHED POSTERS, and AUTOGRAPHED TOYS & FIGURES) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These are collectibles, brother, and once they’re signed, they’re one-of-a-kind!
- Initiate Your Request: Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following info:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Whether you want a refund or exchange (if exchanging, specify the desired size or product)
- Shipping Your Return: Once approved, ship the item back to us at: Hogan’s Beach Shop Sales

Washington, US 20007 You’re responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. - Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
When your return is approved, brother, here’s what happens:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
- Timing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Don’t sweat it—we process it as fast as Hulkamania runs wild!
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item (for non-autographed products only), we’ll hook you up! Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item using the same shipping method you originally chose. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference, brother.
